Participants who pre-register will benefit by way of a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the Symposium registration desk. Each registrant is requested to submit a separate registration form (or a photocopy of it), along with the registration fee. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

Meals and Refreshments
Buffet lunches will be held in conjunction with the exhibition in Room Hochelaga 1-2-3, Monday and Tuesday. There will be a sit down lunch on Wednesday in Le Grand Salon.
Mid-morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in conjunction with the exhibition.
Method of Payment
Registration fees may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or cheque, in Canadian dollars or equivalent US and Euro funds to the order of Receiver General for Canada (LC 2006). All Canadian Federal Government Employees are invited to pay through the Interdepartmental Settlement (IS).

Receipt
An official receipt will be sent to those who have forwarded their payment and registration form. The receipt must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive the registration package. Receipts will not be sent after August 14, 2006. After this date receipts will be held and given to delegates upon their arrival.
Cancellation and Refunds
Participants may withdraw their registration application, in writing, to the Symposium Management Office prior to August 4, 2006. All refunds are subject to a $100 CAD administration fee.
